Do you offer a local pick-up option for orders?
- Yes! We love welcoming our local customers for pre-scheduled order pick-ups at our residence studio!
- To protect our private family space, all pick-ups must be scheduled in advance during your checkout process.
- The exact residence address lines and your private pickup time window box will be sent straight to your email or phone via text message after your order payment is fully confirmed!
- Please arrive exactly during your scheduled time box to ensure your fruit gifts and balloons are perfectly ready for your hands!
Do you ship your fresh chocolate-covered fruit gifts and balloons?
- No, we do not ship our fresh fruit creations or balloon arrangements through regular mail carriers.
- Because our items are perishable and contain delicate chocolate, shipping is not safe.
- We hand-deliver or offer scheduled local pick-ups for every single fresh gift package!
- This guarantees your luxury fruit box and balloons arrive looking perfectly crisp and gorgeous.
How does your local hand-delivery process work?
- We deliver straight to homes, offices, and event venues in our local area.
- A valid, working phone number is strictly required for the recipient.
- Our drivers will never leave fresh fruit packages or balloons outdoors on a doorstep.
- Someone must be available at the location to accept the fresh delivery.
- If no one is available to receive it, the order safely returns to our studio.
- We will reach out to you immediately and arrange a new redelivery for free!
How should I store my chocolate-covered strawberries and fruit platters?
- Our natural products contain zero artificial preservatives.
- They are designed to be consumed and enjoyed on the day of delivery!
- Keep your 12-count boxes and dipped strawberries in a cool, air-conditioned room.
- Keep balloon arrangements away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, or warm cars.
- Refrigerate all fresh fruit platters and arrangements if not eaten immediately.
Do your chocolate fruit gifts contain any food allergens?
